What payment methods do you accept?
All online payment is through Paypal. We can also accept payment by cheque (UK only) click here to contact us for more information.
With Paypal you can send money from your Paypal account, credit or debit card. You may also pay by eCheque through Paypal though this will need to clear before your purchase is sent.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your card. When you get to the checkout click on the Paypal button. The next screen will give you option of signing into your account or if you wish to pay by card, click on the 'Continue' button on the left just to enter your card and postage details.

Is it safe to order online?
As all of Jewellery Findings Direct's payments go through Paypal, you are covered under their strict security procedures which means that your card details are never disclosed to third parties.
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your card.

Your order
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
When your faulty or incorrect item reaches us we will send you an email to confirm. We recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as Recorded Delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through Royal Mail.
We endeavour to process a refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of your return. We will then email you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement.

Returns
I would like to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please click here to contact us to receive information on how to return your purchase(s).
We will issue a full refund (minus any postage costs unless faulty) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different product, if preferred.
If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
Some products (such as earrings) are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a \'+\' next to the product name.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Once you have contacted us, you have a legal \"duty of care\" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense - we highly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable posting method such as Recorded Delivery to ensure that it arrives to us safely.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Not if the item is faulty or not what you ordered. You will be told how to return the item when you contact us about the fault or error. All returns must be in their original packing and in an unused condition.
